Towards the end of last year I created some beautiful paper flowers for Emma, a very thoughtful maid-of-honour who wanted to gift her friend a posy of special flowers for a first wedding anniversary present.
I was delighted to hear from Emma again recently – she was so happy that her first friend was “blown away” by her paper flowers that she decided to commission a similar posy for another friend’s first wedding anniversary present.
This time, instead of being made from maps of Somerset, London and Iceland, Emma wanted the flowers to have a mixture of daffodil yellow and dove grey petals, to match her friend’s wedding colour scheme. I was only to happy to oblige! Together with the yellow and grey button centres, I hope you’ll agree these look really pretty and very striking – certainly very different from anything else you could find in the shops!
